Distributed switch config

hi everyone,

i am currently setting up a vcenter infra on HP chasis. maybe im from computer school, i would like to put things into bullet points:

1) HP c7000 chasis, 2 blades as esxi hosts

2) LOM1 for each blade is connected to uplink switch in corp network(for prodution), nic0 for each blade; LOM2 for each blade connect to each other through inter-link(intended for vMotion, management traffic), nic1 for each blade

3) Vcenter 5.5 deployed.

4) no VLAN configured in corp network.

ok, now here is what im trying to achieve:

1) two dvPortGroup: one for production, pg-1 and one for VMotion and management pg-2.

2) nic0 assigned to pg-1 and nic1 assign to pg-2.

3) all VMs should have connection for both prod and management/vMotion.

4) VLAN config no applicable.

is above achievable? if so, how, if not why.

thanks all and happy new year
