I have windows server 2003SP1,SP2 and R2 in my environment and also have templates for the same.

I want to install another windows server by using the template i have from the above.

I want to customise the template while deploying the Virtual machine by using Sysprep files.

As per the KB article "http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1005593"

I need to copy the sysprep files to "<directory_path>\svr2003" directory.

I have downloaded the sys prep files from the download location mentioned. While copying the file for Win2k3 SP1 and SP2 one after other  it's prompting for copy and Replace option.

By this what happening is i am able to keep the sysprep files for one version at a time.

i.e. either for Win2k3 SP1 or SP2

My question is Can't we keep the sys prep files for all the versions of win2k3 (like SP1,SP2 and R2) at a time in "<directory_path>\svr2003" at a time.

Thanks in advance

Nagaraju
