Need some guidance for moving vCenter to another server

My current setup :

Windows 2008 R2 physical server with local SQL 2008 64bit.  vCenter 5.10  build 947673. 

We have 17 ESXi 5.1.0 (1065491) about 100 vm's

I need to move vCenter to a new Cisco c220 server.  Windows 2012 Standard.  SQL 2012. 

I've read a bunch of vmware KB articles on how to do this but it's a little confusing. With the SSO and ADAM databases and updating the SSO config.

I'm looking for a high level step by step to accomplishing this task.  I have SQL backups of MASTER and VCDB.
