VM-host affinity rule in full DRS and HA

Hi all,

We want to setup, VM-Host Affinity in a fully automated DRS and HA cluster(13 nodes). We want to set VM-host affinity on two hosts with few VMs. Since, we are selecting two hosts, I believe we can only use 50% of the resources of these two hosts to run virtual mahine(for example, host 1=100 GB host 2=100 GB, then we can only run VMs that will utilize 100 GB, since remaining 100 GB is for HA)? Please confirm, if this is correct or it will allow to run vms that can use 200 GB?
