Migrating vCenter from Windows to VCSA w/Endpoint, vDS, UM, SSO, etc.

After doing a lot of browsing and reading I am fairly comfortable with the process for migrating a simple Windows-based vCenter installation to the VCSA. But what about moving everything else? I've found a few references for handling UM and vDS switches, but what about Endpoint and SSO? Are there any special considerations?

My environment consists of a single vCenter 5.1U1 Standard server on Windows 2008 R2 with a SQL backend, SSO (like I had a choice), three host cluster (5.1U1) with DRS/HA/DPM, vShield Endpoint with Trend Micro Deep Security, and several vDS switches. My goal is to be at 5.5 and migrate to the VCSA. I'm not finding much in the way of how to move Endpoint and SSO. I am assuming that when I setup the VCSA that I will just start fresh with SSO? I am not concerned with losing historical vCenter data (performance, events, etc), but I want to keep my vDS/Endpoint/cluster configs.

What's the best way to accomplish this? Are there any resources out there that I have missed? Anyone else that's done it and can offer some insight.

Any help is appreciated!
