Setting hosting server permanent for a guest server

Hi,

We are running on VM environment with 4 hosts with HA. the version is 5.1 update 1. One of the guest server's application is bound to the hardware and once this server is migrated to other host, the application will request for new license. My question, is there a way to set the host server of this vmguest be permanent?How do I do that in vcenter?
