Editing vCenter SSO Active Directory Identity Source

Hello,

I'm facing a strange problem when editing the SSO Identity Source for the Active Directory Integration. When I try to change the primary and secondary LDAPS Server URL I first got the Error "Cannot connect to one or more of the provded external server URLS: servername.domain.com:3269" at first and then "Cannot connect to one or more of the provded external server URLS: GSSAPI". I think it's the same Problem. SSO tries to contact the old DC (which doesn't exist anymore) and can't save the changes.

I've tried it with a CNAME entry for the old FQDN but this seems not to work. I even can't edit with CLI commands, I can only find create and delete actions for the command.

Most answers from Google about that is to delete the Identity Source and create a new one. My question on that, can I get any other problems when deleting the Identity Source, like for example with the permissions on VMs, Folders, etc.? If not, do I need to do anything else then delete and create a new one? Reboot? Service Restart or something?

Would be great if someone could help me out fast with that.

Thanks!
