vMotion CPU Mask

I would like to ask for help with vMotion.

We use 2 servers vSphere 5.1 and Vmware vCenter 5.1.

First uses Intel Xeon E5-2620 and second oneIntel Xeon E5520

I can not find out functional mask for vMotion

1001 0110 1011 1010 0010 0010 0000 0011
1000 0000 1011 1000 0010 0010 0000 0001

---0 -00- ---- --0- ---- ---- ---- --0-

but the result is:

I would appreciate any feedback
