VSAD0s is in a Degrade states?

Dear :

I use 2 host to culid VSA

VC build in  HOSTA

HOST A  --VSA0

HOST B  --VSA1

I shut down both HOST ,THEN RESTART the HOSt_A (CONTAIN VC)

after it restarted, I retart the HOST_B .

In appliance tab,it show all VSA0,VSA1 is on line

but in datastore tab , it show  VSAD0-s is in a Degrade states.

so I can I slove it?
